Front Street Shipyard is seeking and experienced sailboat rigger to efficiently install, maintain, repair, and replace rigging and sailing systems. The rigger is responsible for unstepping and stepping masts, installing booms, tuning standing rigging, installing running rigging, connecting mast lights and wiring, and servicing winches and other hardware. Experience with electrical and hydraulic systems is important. The ideal candidate will also splice lines and install and replace deck hardware. The rigger also will develop estimates for repairs and projects.
